For new clients, please arrive 15 minutes earlier to complete the registration forms.
InfraStar Sessions are available in 30/50 minute-blocks and ends exactly 30/50 minutes after scheduled time. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to get ready for your session. If you’re late, you can use the remaining time of your appointment.
Missed appointments count as completed sessions.
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. The appointment can be rescheduled for any other day.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you can reschedule it for the same day only or transfer it to family or friends. In this case, please call the studio at 727-420-8936 to re-book your spot. Otherwise, it will count as a completed session.
