For new clients, please arrive 15 minutes earlier to complete the registration forms.
InfraStar Sessions are available in 30/50 minute-blocks and ends exactly 30/50 minutes after scheduled time. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to get ready for your session. If you’re late, you can use the remaining time of your session.
Missed appointments count as completed sessions.
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to your session. The appointment can be rescheduled for any other day.
Cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment can be rescheduled for the same day only or can be transferred to family or friends. In this case, please call the studio at 727-420-8936 to re-book your spot. Otherwise, it will count as a completed session.
